Two concepts, an appreciation for beauty and individuality, have had the greatest influence on what I do and who I am. They have shaped the way I look at the world and helped me to grow as a person and as an artist. To me, beauty stems from the selection, arrangement and weaving of colors in each piece of jewelry I create.
I formed my jewelry company around the concept of design that meshes the ancient and the modern. I am known for using traditional skills to create unique and beautiful contemporary pieces. Carefully handcrafted, my jewelry incorporates elements such as Kumihimo, a Japanese weaving technique dating back to the early 4th century, original Lampwork beads, gemstones and precious metals. My designs are appreciated for their detail, quality, construction and the unexpected combination of materials.
Combining an appreciation for beauty with my individuality, I have been able to create works that I am happy to share with others. Each design is a work of art, an elegant personal adornment.
